If your in the United States or Canada and have recently visited your local Lowe’s store please take their customer survey online for a chance at a $5000 gift card!  The survey is available in English or Spanish and should take only a few moments to complete.  The Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes is a great way to provide feedback that will help your local store.  In order to start the Lowe’s survey you will need the following information:

  • time of visit
  • total amount spent
  • 12 digit number on the receipt
